This Feeling.
![Picture](/uploads/1/6/6/4/16646794/8544533.jpg?265)
Jumpy like a child,
Smiling like a maniac,
Hurting like a wound,
When I catch a glimpse of you.
I'm letting the butterflies go.
Smiling like a maniac,
Hurting like a wound,
When I catch a glimpse of you.
I'm letting the butterflies go.
Leaving home
![Picture](/uploads/1/6/6/4/16646794/4792507.jpg)
I see it all vanish,
As I walk away from it all,
My old life dying.
As I walk away from it all,
My old life dying.
The Letter

Words of wonder,
precious as gold,
sting like thunder.
precious as gold,
sting like thunder.
Permanent Slumber

One last look around,
There's no turning back now,
I drift off to sleep.
One I will not wake from somehow,
As it invites me now.
There's no turning back now,
I drift off to sleep.
One I will not wake from somehow,
As it invites me now.

The Man.
I look to the left and what do I see?
I see a bunch of people staring at me?
I'm doing nothing wrong, I'm just standing next to a tree!
I walk away to be unseen,
But all their eyes, still staring at me!
Why are they looking at me?
I want to know, I am keen
I turn and all I hear is "BANG"
and I figured that everybody was looking at the man behind me who sang.

The fall of Life.
"Whoosh..."
The wind is blowing all over the place,
My hair blowing and irritating my face.
I hold my gaze as I feel the ground.
I can hear the wind, it's the only sound.
My feet are cold, I stand with my bare feet.
The ground beneath is rough and spares no heat.
I stand on a cliff, high above land,
I can't see people, I only see sand.
The sky is fading with every breath I take.
I regret this life, this is a step I must take.
I take a step with one foot on air.
There's nobody there to stop me, no one to stare.
There goes my second foot, stepping on nothing.
Along with my soul, my memories and my everything.
The wind is blowing all over the place,
My hair blowing and irritating my face.

The World Today.
She shuts off the lights and goes to bed,
Scared, she lays motionless and still.
She loses her sight and cradles her head.
Scared of knowing what’s out there that could kill.
Five years ago, that girl was me.
I don’t blame her, I can relate.
Afraid of the darkness, frightened to see,
The things out there, that are bursting with hate.
It’s times like these, where nobody is safe.
It’s hard to breathe, hard to trust.
Everywhere we go in the world is unsafe.
The works of great leaders are plummeting to dust.
Look around you and see the world today,
A world where nobody would feel bad to betray.

Look around you and see the world today,
A world where nobody would feel bad to betray.
